Hackploit Technologies
We collect only what you send us through our enquiry forms, plus basic technical data needed to run the site, and we use it only to respond to you and to plan and deliver the work you ask us about.

Who we are
Hackploit Technologies is a digital marketing, website and Shopify development business based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. In this notice, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Hackploit Technologies.
This notice explains how we handle personal data collected through this website. We handle it in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it, as they apply to us. It covers this website only. If we collect personal data in another way — for example while working on a project for you — we will tell you then how we will use it.
What we collect
Project briefs and enquiries. If you send a brief or an enquiry, we collect your name, your business name, your contact details (email, and phone or WhatsApp if you give them), your current website or social profile if you share it, the services you are interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us about your business and goals.
Please do not include passwords, bank details, identity numbers or other sensitive information in the forms. We will never ask for them through this website.
Technical data. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site to you and to protect it. The site has no user accounts, sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and hosts its own fonts.
Why we use it
We use the information you send us to:
- respond to your enquiry and follow up with you;
- understand your business and prepare a plan and quotation;
- deliver and manage the work if you become a client;
- keep the website secure and working properly; and
- meet our legal obligations.
We use your information only for the purpose for which you gave it. By sending a form you consent to that use; you can withdraw your consent at any time, as described below. Giving us your information is voluntary, but without it we may not be able to help you.
Who we share it with
Service providers. We use providers that help us run the website and handle enquiries, such as hosting, email and messaging services and professional advisers. They receive only what they need and are expected to keep it confidential and secure.
The enquiry forms on this website do not send anything by themselves and store nothing on our servers. They turn your answers into a written message which you then send to us through a channel of your choice — for example by email or WhatsApp, where those are offered on the page — and it travels through that service under its own terms. If we later connect a form to a form-handling service so that it is delivered to us directly, we will name that service here.
Where the law requires. We may disclose personal data to courts, regulators or law enforcement authorities when the law requires us to do so.
We do not sell personal data.
Where it is processed
Cloudflare runs a global network, so technical request data may be processed in data centres in several countries, including outside India. Email and messaging providers may also store or process information outside India. Where personal data is transferred outside India, we do so only as Indian law permits.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which you gave it, or for as long as the law requires. When it is no longer needed, or when you withdraw your consent, we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it. Cloudflare keeps technical request data under its own practices.
How we protect it
We take reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We limit access to people who need it for their work, choose service providers with care, and keep the information collected through the website to a minimum: there are no user accounts and no file uploads. No online service can be completely secure, so please take care over what you send us.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data;
- withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it;
- raise a grievance with us about how we have handled your personal data; and
- nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become unable to do so.
If you are not satisfied with how we respond to a grievance, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
To make a request or raise a grievance, write to us at [email protected] or use our contact page. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before you withdrew it, but it may mean we can no longer respond to your enquiry.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data through the website, please tell us and we will delete it.
