01Starting a project
How working with us begins, and what to have ready.
How does a project with Hackploit begin?
With a short brief and a first conversation. After that we open a dedicated WhatsApp group with you, your project lead and the specialists who will do the work, review where you stand today, and send a written plan for you to approve before anything starts.
What should I prepare before getting in touch?
Very little. Tell us what you sell, who your customers are, where they are, and what you would like to change. If you already have a website, ad accounts or social profiles, have their names ready — we will ask for access only once we start.
Will I see the scope and terms before work begins?
Yes. You receive a written plan and quotation first: what we will do, in what order, what we need from you and how progress will be measured. Nothing starts until you have agreed to it in writing.
Can I hire you for one service, or do I need all six?
One is fine. Many businesses start with a website or a store, or with SEO alone, and add other work later. Where services depend on each other — ads need a landing page that works, for example — we will say so plainly.
Do you only work with businesses in Jaipur?
No. Our office is in Jaipur, and we work with businesses across India and worldwide. The work happens online, in a shared WhatsApp group, across time zones, with 24/7 live support. You are always welcome to book a visit to the office.
Is my project too small — or too big?
Neither. Our specialist team takes on everything from a first website or Shopify store to multi-country SEO and high-volume ad accounts for enterprise and MNC brands. The method is the same; the depth and team size scale with the project.
Who owns the website, accounts and content you create?
You do. Domains, hosting, Shopify stores, ad accounts, analytics and content are set up in your name, with your logins. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
02Search, ads and social
What to expect from the work that gets you found.
How long does SEO take to show results?
Technical fixes can take effect within weeks of search engines recrawling your site. Gains from new pages, reviews and links usually build over several months. Anyone who promises a ranking or a date is guessing; we report what moves each month and why.
Does SEO still matter now that people use AI search?
More than before. Google’s AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity draw on pages they can read and trust. A site with clear answers, accurate structured data and a consistent reputation across the web is the kind they cite.
Do you guarantee leads or sales from ads?
No honest agency can. What we guarantee is the work: tracking set up properly before money is spent, campaigns managed every week, and a monthly report that shows what your budget bought, including what did not work.
Who pays the advertising platforms?
You do, directly. Your ad spend is billed by Google and Meta to your own account and card, separately from our fee, so you always see exactly what was spent.
Do we need to appear in videos for social media to work?
It helps, but it is not required. Products, process, places and customers can carry a feed. We will suggest formats that suit your business and your comfort.
03Websites and Shopify
What you get when we build your site or store.
Do you use templates?
No ready-made layouts are dropped in. We design the home page first, revise it with you until it is right, then design every other page for your business in the same visual system.
Should I choose Shopify or a business website?
If you sell products online and want customers to pay on the site, Shopify is usually the right choice. If you sell services or larger orders and want enquiries, a business website is. We will recommend one honestly after the first conversation.
Can my Shopify store take UPI and cash on delivery?
Yes. We configure Indian payment gateways for UPI, cards and wallets, set up cash on delivery with the rules you choose, and connect shipping partners for delivery and returns.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes, for the things that change often — text, images, products, offers and posts. You get a short recorded training session at handover.
Will moving to a new website hurt my Google rankings?
It can, if old addresses are lost. We map every important old page to its new address with permanent redirects and check Search Console after launch, so search engines carry your history across.

Who is Hackploit?
Hackploit Technologies is a white-hat growth studio in Jaipur, Rajasthan, founded in 2015 by Ankit Sethi. Our specialist team works on search, content, ads, social media, business websites and Shopify stores for businesses of every size, across India and worldwide.
Is Hackploit a cybersecurity company?
No. The name comes from growth hacking — finding the sharpest route to growth — and we take that route strictly white-hat: no bought links, fake reviews, spam or tricks that platforms penalise. We do not offer penetration testing or security services.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because the right scope differs from one business to the next. After a first conversation we send a written quotation for exactly what you need.
